Account deletion
This page explains how to delete your account for the game Bangchi and the data linked to it. Bangchi is operated by the Bangchi team (방치 운영팀).
Delete it in the game
- Press Setup in the header of the Book (on phones, in the top bar) and open the Account row.
- Press Delete account and confirm once more on the card that lists what will be deleted.
- Your data is deleted from the server and from that device right away, and the game returns to its first-launch state.
Progress that was never linked to an ID ("This device only") can be deleted the same way. An internet connection is needed.
If you cannot open the game
If you removed the game or changed devices and cannot open the account screen, send us an email.

- Include: the ID you linked and your in-game nickname
To confirm that the account is yours, we may reply with questions about its progress (highest area, job levels and so on). Once confirmed, we delete it within 10 days and tell you by email.
Progress that was never linked to an ID exists only on that device, so we cannot find it by email. Deleting the game and its save folder removes it from the device.
Data that is deleted
- Game progress (save) and remaining gold, crystals, weapons, pets and costumes
- Mail and claim records, lottery records
- Area ranking and today's raid ranking entries
- Your ID and password (login account)
Data that is kept, and for how long
